Perform necessary and mandatory actions to maintain the Community Development District Communities of Pelican Marsh and Tiburon as tier #1 communities

Specific Goals

Having published policies that:

• Maintain safe communities to the extent possible through the Access Control policies
• Maintain the communities’ aesthetics through accepted best practices
• Maintain the District roads to acceptable standards
• Maintain the community lakes for erosion and water quality to accepted standards
• Maintain a transparent budget
• Maintain community communications on PMCDD policies
